Summer greetings from Trimet

The latter part of spring has been busy with rigorous audits, but the hard work is paying off! We have successfully completed the audits for both the railway welding certification (EN 15085-2) and our ISO certifications.

We are now pleased to announce that the official documentation for the first audit has arrived. The EN 15085-2 certification is a significant achievement for us, as it enables us to manufacture a wide range of demanding components involving welding—such as interiors for trains, trams, and metro cars.

We also wish to highlight an important detail that is often overlooked or causes uncertainty: this demanding EN 15085-2 standard effectively encompasses all the requirements of the traditional ISO 3834 and ISO 1090 standards. Our customers can therefore rest assured that our quality control is of the highest caliber by any measure.

We will be taking a well-deserved summer break during weeks 30 and 31, during which time our production operations will be paused.

After the break, we will return to work with renewed energy, ready to tackle our projects for the late summer and autumn.

Wishing a wonderfully sunny and relaxing summer to all our customers and partners!
